When Sports World International first dealt with Protouch it was so satisfied by our product and service it increased its initial order of touch screens by more than double.
The retail giant behind sporting brands Donnay, Sports Soccer and Lillywhites, has now installed 3,800 Protouch touch screens for use in all its UK stores and in European stores.
The purchase came as a result of Sports World’s plan to roll out a centrally-hosted store solution across its entire retail estate of 176 UK stores and 28 in Belgium.
The sports retailer initially approached us with a view to purchase 1,500 Protouch Aspect 15" touch screens, but was so happy with our solution it increased its order to meet with demand from its other growing European outlets.
The Protouch Aspect touch screen was chosen as the ideal solution, as the model provides essential easy-to-use functions combined with an elegant, aesthetic design.
Sports World International commented that it was particularly impressed with the built-in ambient light sensor that automatically adjusts screen brightness, thereby preventing eyestrain for its employees.
The Aspect touch screens were not only able to provide critical data, in 'real time', but also improved business decisions and gave the visibility needed to drive sales potential in stores.
