  Xen X5 kiosks have been installed at Manchester Airport using Pixel’s "Way2Go" wayfinder software so that visitors to the airport can easily find their way around the terminal buildings. This has proved to be a great success with regards to improving the overall customer experience.

• Eastleigh Borough Council

  Application
  The Xen X5 kiosk has been installed at Eastleigh Borough Council reception area so that their customers can log into their system with their enquiries regarding Revenue & Benefits, Housing and Licensing applications. Once the information has been logged at the kiosk the data is then sent to the customer services staff who can adequately prepare for the each customers individual needs. This has significantly reduced the times to deal with each customer.
  
  The Statistics (1 month September 2010)
  1751 counter visits The Revenues & Benefits Team dealt with 1425 enquiries
  CSC staff dealt with 196 Housing enquires and the Housing Duty Team dealt with a further 201
  CSC staff dealt with 33 Licensing enquires and the Licensing Team dealt with a further 44
  The average wait time for our customers was reduced to less than 4 minutes, 50% less than before the installation of the kiosk

• Proshot Sports Limited

  Application
  The Xen X5 kiosk is being used to collate data from a golf simulator deployed in various golf shops so that golf clubs can be tailored to suit the user. Customers use the golf simulator as part of the selection process when choosing and buying new golf clubs and having the clubs then tailored to suit.
  The customer stands on the golf tee and faces a full screen depicting a golf fairway, they take their shot and depending on where the ball strikes the image it will display where the ball landed. Whilst all this takes place the customer is being monitored by a camera, all of the image data is being collated at the Xen X5 kiosk and can be played back so the shop staff member and the customer are able to look at their swing and analyse this data to determine how the club needs to be modified to suit the client.

• SGA Productions Ltd

  Application
  SGA Productions work for Aardman Animations and the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) and have an exhibition which tours the country to locations such as Glasgow Science Centre. The exhibition has been developed to inspire children to get inventing and is based around Wallace and Gromit house. They purchased Xen X5 touch screen kiosks that are used to conduct public evaluations for the IPO and to show their website.
