Kiosks feature at Harley Davidson® interactive exhibition

This month, our kiosks appeared as a part of Harley-Davidson® Motorcycle's most
interactive exhibition stand yet. The Xen X5 kiosks joined two other new interactive
features on the stand at the MCN London Motorcycle Show.
The interactive elements that also included a Fit Shop and a photo opportunity titled
'Me on a Harley' complemented the more traditional static display of motorcycles
by adding a lifestyle aspect to the stand. The kiosks were used as a multi-functional
tool that let visitors share their biking experiences as well as being able to find
out more about the motorcycles on display and enter a competition.

Protouch kiosks to sell Armoury Square tribute stones

Several Xen X5 order and payment kiosks, are to make their way to the Armoury store at the Emirates Stadium.
The kiosks will be one of the ways in which supporters can buy a stone at Armoury Square which is the new Arsenal landmark that pays tribute to the club''s greatest players and its fans with personalised engraved stones set in to the ground around benches. Located in front of Emirates Stadium, the square is a place where the fans will be side by side with the legends like Dennis Bergkamp, Charlie George and Ian Wright.

At the Retail System Awards 2009 we won ‘Best use of Technology in the Hospitality and Leisure Sector’ for our Unlimited Film Programme, Xen X5 kiosks produced for Cineworld. The award recognises the organisation who has best achieved business growth through the use of innovative solutions.

So now you’re in the shop staring at a multitude of products wondering “Which one is the right one?” Well not anymore because Vogel’s, Europe’s market leader in TV wall mounts, has selected us to roll out an in store touch screen solution that finds the right wall mounts for TVs. We are distributing 10,000+ touch screens throughout Europe.
Vogel’s came to us because it saw the difficulty customers were facing in selecting the right mount for their new TVs. To help answer this question in an in store environment, Vogel’s briefed us to create an in store touch screen version of the internet application tool called the Vogel’s FlatscreenFitter®. This tool gives customers quick and clear advice about which mount is best for them.

Protouch wins Retail Week Technology Award

This week has seen us win our second award for our self service Kiddicare kiosks.
At the Retail Week Technology awards ceremony we won the EPoS Initiative Award alongside Kiddicare and K3. Kiddicare also took home The BT Multichannel Integration Award which the kiosks played an integral role in.
