- Fill in and fax back our support / returns form.
Our returns department will call you to see if they can fix any problems over the phone first.
- Fill in the online support / returns request form.
Please note - our technical staff are in the office 9am - 6pm (GMT) Monday - Friday.

We can provide on-site support for out entire range of kiosks and touch screen solutions.
Our dedicated in-house IT Support department and network of field engineers offer a first class
helpdesk and flexible on-site support agreements with a guaranteed next business day response.
Protouch support agreements may include some or all of the following:

- Next business day on-site response
- Next business day replacement of faulty part
