New York’s John F Kennedy and La Guardia airports have installed kiosks that offer meal orders from its participating restaurants.
Airport restaurant operator OTG Management and Delta Airlines have just launched the initiative in which you can order your meal deal on an iPad.
Restaurant employees will deliver the food to customers’ gates within 10 minutes when they are in a rush and hungry but do not want to miss their flight.
Travellers will be able to eat their cuisine in the gate-eating areas or choose to eat it to-go during the flight.
The kiosks also offer the option of checking your flight details and playing games.
