I’ve been active within the kiosk industry for over eight years, covering it from several angles. Starting by managing the technical service side of the business I naturally progressed into sales. This experience, in each aspect of the complete turnkey solution, is essential to the smooth running and long-term success of any project.

As a Technical Sales account manager at Protouch; Europe’s number 1 supplier of touchscreen self-service solutions, I have been involved in the sale of self-service kiosk and touchscreen solutions to large brands.

As Managing director I have always take a Sales view of the business. I really enjoy working with our major accounts and overseeing our Marketing strategy. Over the years I have designed and instigated production of our popular Xen range of Kiosks. The continued evolution of this versatile product has been a really fundamental reason for the success of the Protouch brand.

I take a great deal of pride in working with a team that can offer a complete robust self service solution, this was not the case when I started in this industry over 10 years ago – software, hardware, maintenance – we do the whole shebang and we do it well.

I guess my greatest attribute now is that I know the kiosk industry inside out.  I know what works and what doesn’t, and I have a pretty good idea where its going!
