Specsavers choose Protouch for UK touchscreen roll out


Over 3,000 touchscreen monitors were installed across 700 Specsavers’ stores, on sales counters and within their in-store laboratories for order processing.
As a result customer service became more effective and staff had much less paperwork to fill out on a daily basis.
As the touch screen technology that we provided played an essential role in optimising sales and services in this major retail environment, Specsavershas come to us for its touch screen monitors ever since.
An additional 2,000+ 15″ Touch screen monitors were put straight into the eye-test rooms throughout all their branches.This means that all examination results and specifications can be now entered directly by the optometrist onto a nearby wall-mounted touch screen, thereby significantly improving the consultation process uniformly throughout their entire UK operation.
