Requirement Gathering

We work with you either over the phone, or face-to-face to understand your solution requirements.


We take your vision forward, drawing up a design and scope of works to deliver your solution. This stage will typically be managed by a Protouch Prince2 Practitioner.


We move design into reality and build and implement your vision and software solution to the agreed specification.

Testing / Sign Off

Having built your solution, we begin our SAT (Solution Acceptance Process). Only once we are happy with the solution, we hand this over to you to perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing).


Once your happy, and have signed off your solution with the UAT process, we begin final delivery either for single deployment, or mass rollout.

Who is using Protouch Kiosk Software?

O2 / Telefonica UK partnered with Protouch to deliver innovation to their retail space utilising the power of the Protouch Kiosk Manager (PKM) application framework.

Protouch built a fully functional retail product adviser utilising our Protouch Multiglide Capacitive touch screen monitor. The software enabled O2 customers to browse through handsets and accessories in a bespoke and highly intuitive manner. The solution also provided customers with a direct interface to perform Guru Booking (allowing customer to directly interact with in-store systems to book a consultation with a technical advisor), as well as viewing latest tariffs and other information.

Through the use of Protouch Kiosk Manager, we were able to deliver an advanced solution which automatically updated to stores overnight, as well as providing real-time analytics of how the system was being used.

O2 selected Protouch to create a bespoke kiosk software application to allow customers to compare mobile products in store.
Birmingham Airport selected Protouch to provide a software solution to allow them to manage their express lane service.
Carnival required an automated tip collection service for their staff aboard there many cruise liners, Protouch were called upon to complete this solution.
Robert Dyas had a clear vision to give their customers a better in store retail experience and called upon Protouch to make this happen.
